A room will become available in our beautiful monumental mansion from September 1, 2024. As a result, we are looking for a new male roommate. The room is about 20 m2, has a high ceiling with a 2 person loft bed. The rent is € 415.00 per month (incl. g/w/e, internet). We are a housing association and live with 9 men/women in the entire house, most of whom work. You share the kitchen, bathroom and toilet on your floor with 3 roommates. It is a quiet and nice house, where there is certainly room for contact such as cooking / having a drink / working from home together, but it is also fine if you want to do your own thing. We are looking for someone who feels responsible and is neat, and open to commit to the housing association. This doesn't mean any big construction projects, but it does mean a bit more involvement than a normal house with a landlord. Are you between 23 and 35 years old, sociable and involved?
